At least one year`s experience in the use of office equipment and of office practice and procedures.
•Fast accurate keyboard skills (60 wpm), with at least one year`s experience of using MS Office (Work, Acess, Email and Scheduler) including use of Excel to input data and produce tables. Willingness to learn specialist packages associated with the job.
•A high standard of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
•Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels, and to take detailed and accurate messages.
•A calm and confident telephone manner, with the skill to handle any dissatisfied customers in a professional and reassuring way.
•Committed to a high level of customer service.
•A good team player, with the willingness to assist other members of the section to achieve joint targets and a smooth throughput of work.
•Good organisational and administrative skills and the ability to handle routine tasks and the paperwork associated with the job in a thorough and methodical manner.
